Monthly virtual workshops that address leadership challenges and opportunities specific to Globalization of the District.

Organize district-wide service projects that address common issues such as education, health, and community development.

Work closely with the District Leadership to identify funds specifically for Brothers from smaller chapters and assist in their academic pursuit as well as other financial challenges.

Develop programs that allow brothers from different jurisdictions to share and celebrate their unique cultures and traditions, fostering mutual respect and understanding, additionally to exchange educational opportunities and career development paths - to ensure full development of the Brothers.

To ensure that brothers in international chapters have equal access to opportunities, resources, and support systems available to those in the United States.
